Cooking
I'm looking for a quick bread recipe for "Elijah and the Widow" lesson for preschoolers in our Children's Chapel.

I taught this lesson a few years ago, but have misplaced my recipe. It called for flour, sugar, and salt to be placed in a ziploc prior to class. Once the students were there, all they did was add the oil to the "flour" and bake the bread. It was quick, easy, and tasty. Anyone have their recipe to share?

There is a similar recipe in "Incredible Edible Bible Fun" (Group Publishing). In the book it relates to the resurrection of Jesus. . .it is called "It's Alive! Bread--mixed in a ziploc bag.

Have a hard time remembering which is Elijah and which is Elisha? Eek See the discussion at Elijah vs. Elisha .
If you have a helpful hint to help others remember, please add it to the list there.

Thanks!
