I just found a great book for a science workshop. "Planting A Bible Garden," by F. Nigel Hepper, is published by Revell. [ISBN: 0-8007-1756-2]

The book is loaded with pictures and descriptions, Bible references, resources, climate quidelines for specific plants, etc. I don't know if it's still being published, but you might try the library or used book stores if it's not available in a Christian book store.

FYI: This book does not appear to be available unless you go to www.bookfinder.com and do a search for used copies. Just beware the cost is high for used books. I've ordered a book and had to pay shipping twice, once from owner to supplier, then supplier to you, which put the cost of a $2.00 US book to $21.00 CDN.

Wow, Luanne.....that's wild.

I just looked for that ISBN number and found only one available copy right now at abebooks.com for $9.95, plus $3.50 S&H. Several other book stores have similiar pricing. I'm sorry that happened to you.

After being frustrated about Luanne's experience with the book, I searched for "Bible Plants" on Google.
